About Your Order/Shipping
Depending on the products you purchase may dictate the order in which your products arrive at your door. Most products should ship within 2-3 days. In the event your products can not be shipped within that time frame you will be contacted with by the GLOutdoors.com team with an estimated timeline for arrival.

Our Return Policy
Every item in our store comes with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise specified.. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost based on our cost to ship to you via USPS - Priority Mail. Send Returns and Exchanges to: GLOutdoors.com - Returns. If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please email us before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair. If GLOutdoors.com made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for "turn around time" for the issuance of credit or for a shipping reimbursement.

Drop Shipments
Since the merchandise in question is shipped direct to you from our vendor/manufacturer, it will be necessary for you to contact us to communicate with them. The manufacturers have different return policies and addresses that the items need to be returned to. Please email us and we will promply reply to resolve the problem.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are calculated based soley on the weight of each product you purchase. Because there are so many different combinations, it is difficult to say specifically how much the cost may calculate to. We do not charge handling fees for our shipments so shipping prices are usually more reasonable from us versus our peers, in the online business. Additionally we offer different shipping options from USPS, Fedex, and UPS.
